Fibre-Enriched Sabudana Pearls for Ingredion

Ingredion was awarded the Innovation award by the IUFoST (International Union of Food Science and Technology) for fortifying native Indian favourite foods made using Sabudana Tapioca pearls with fibre from its NOVELOSE® 3490 resistant starches in 2018.
